A brainchild of both young and self-motivated practicing engineer and architect together with their design partners who are working collaboratively, it currently provides its clients a hassle-free services in their "design and build" needs. The firm has the technical proficiency, skilled workforce and flexible payments to provide you a quality construction service, whether it’s for fit-out, renovation or a new construction project of residential and commercial structures.

Prior to being a full-time design and build firm, VALICON has started its client relations through its partner firm specializing in the cost estimating/ quantity surveying and project management offering consultancy services. Today, it specializes in customizing the client’s preferred design through its “creating a home style that matches your lifestyle”
