This is for construction on your lot. We recommend you enter into a design contract with us first if you don’t have plans yet. If you do, please email them to renmaster.construction@gmail.com

We charge 10K for floor plans, 15K for 3D Perspective, 20K for Structural, Electrical and Plumbing Plans, 5K for printing. This is deductible from the construction. This way we can design within your budget and give you an accurate estimate.

Our construction costs range from 20K to 25K and up per square meter. However, this is only a rough estimate and we recommend to do the plans for more accurate estimate.
